iCLM: a game-changing model for the improvement of HIV, TB, and Malaria services delivery for high-risk groups and key and vulnerable populations

As part of the Integrated Community-Led Monitoring (iCLM) for HIV, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, an action-oriented and transformative approach to health system strengthening in Rwanda, @RwandaNGOForum, in partnership with @RwandaHealth and @RBCRwanda and with support from @GlobalFund, is conducting a training for Community Monitors/Service Users on iCLM Model and iCLM System and App for Community Data Management from March 19th to 22nd, 2025.
This training aims to enhance the skills of local participants in monitoring (data collection), and reporting, equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to gather accurate, reliable and actionable health data. This ensures that health interventions are well-planned, effectively implemented, and aligned with the goal of improving service delivery for high-risk, key, and vulnerable populations.

The iCLM initiative empowers communities of high-risk groups and key and vulnerable populations to take an active role in data collection, ensuring health interventions are tailored to meet the specific needs and priorities of each community. This is a critical step in creating a sustainable, community-led, and owned model for HIV, TB and Malaria services monitoring that can be scaled across Rwanda and beyond. It aligns with the country’s broader goals of achieving universal health coverage and improving health outcomes for all.

The training brings together a diverse team of professionals from @RwandaNGOForum, its member organizations @HDIRwanda, @ImroRwanda, @Sfrwanda1, and community representatives across @BugeseraDistr, @Gasabo_District, and @RwamaganaDistr, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.  This initiative represents a significant step forward in Rwanda’s journey toward a more inclusive and data-driven health system. By empowering communities and encouraging collaboration, we are building a healthier, more resilient future for all. Join us in supporting this groundbreaking effort! Together, we can achieve #HealthForAll.
